Fleet Line Markers is expanding, and we're searching for a motivated Area Sales Manager to support customers across South East England.
Working with industry-leading line marking equipment, paints, and technology, you'll play a key role in helping sports facilities, contractors, schools, and councils achieve professional results on every surface.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in grounds maintenance, sports turf, machinery sales, or turfcare who enjoys building relationships, demonstrating products, and working directly with customers across the industry.
The Role
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing an established customer base across your territory
- Demonstrating Fleet's industry-leading equipment and products to customers
- Building strong relationships with grounds staff, contractors, schools, councils, and sports clubs
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
- Managing your own diary and working independently
- Representing an innovative and highly respected UK and worldwide brand
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from candidates who:
- Have experience in sales, grounds maintenance, sports turf, or related industries
- Are confident speaking with customers and delivering product demonstrations
- Are self-motivated, organised, and proactive
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
- Have a positive attitude and ambition to grow within the role
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
Experience within grounds maintenance or turfcare would be a significant advantage; however, personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are equally important.
